Richard’s background was originally in media and publishing, however in 2007 he made the switch to recruitment and hasn’t looked back since.  He is passionate about delivering a quality service to all the clients and candidates that Alpha work with and is always looking for ways to improve and grow the business.

Outside of work Richard is a keen golfer when time and children permit, however with three young children and three old cats his opportunities for time on the course are becoming scarce…

Lisa Moneypenny

Payroll Manager

A fixture in the Alpha offices for more than 20 years, Lisa has held pretty much every role possible within the organisation and has probably forgotten more about the business than most of us know now.

Lisa is also a Rubiks cube grand master and can knock up a mean mojito on a Friday night, her challenge for 2015 is to be able to do both at once…

Ivor Welfare MIRP CertRP

Recruitment Consultant

In 2013, after 30 years working for the Department of Work & Pensions, Ivor decided it was time for a change and agreed to bring his expertise and local knowledge to Alpha to help manage the temporary desk.

A keen sportsman and volunteer, Ivor can often be seen at a variety of local and national sporting events.  In July 2014 he went missing from Alpha HQ for a whole two weeks as he led the table tennis players out at the Commonwealth Games.  He is also the undisputed king of the “selfie”, a Welfie selfie, if you will…..

Sally Carson

Office Administrator

Sally has over 6 years experience working in estate agency and property industry. Most recently Sally worked as Cabin Crew allowing her to indulge in her passion of travel and providing outstanding customer service. Joining the team at Alpha she is able to utilise her administration skills whilst being the initial point of contact for our candidates. When not organising Ivor’s paperwork into a more usable form she enjoys socialising, spinning and hiking (although nothing too strenuous!)
